Pet Policy
We welcome your furry family unit members! Cats and dogs are both welcome. No more than two pets per apartment. The weight limit for the starting time flooring is 65 pounds and 50 pounds on upper floors. Cats are not required to be declawed. In that location is a sometime pet fee of $300, and pet rent is $35/month per pet. Restrictions: Certain domestic dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
